The new color should represent a happier series of melodies.
Megan Moroney has made it a habit to combine every musical chapter with a certain color scheme. So far she has associated Pink with the melody “I’m not pretty”, orange with her breakout hit “Tennessee Orange”, green for her Happy Era and finally blue for you Am I okay? Project. Now the aspiring star has indicated that she already has a new color for her next album.
When asked in an interview with Katie Neal from Audacy, whether she had a vision for her next color scheme, Moroney explained confidently: “Yes, a hundred percent … and I already know what it is.”
Although she was not ready to say what color this could be, Moroney joked that she has to do a “gender decorator” with her fans and invited her to submit her guessing for what you believe that the color will be before the great unveiling.
Hearers can expect tracks that are much “happier”
Apart from the pictures, the Georgia also teased what the listeners can expect from the songs and storylines throughout the project. She may be known for her heartbreaking melodies, but she says that a sound shift arises.
“I can say that I was a lot in the studio. I wrote a lot. I will just keep the ball going, so I am excited. This next music is much happier than what you would expect, but I have the feeling that this is only where I am in life.
However, she does not intend to completely give up her aesthetic “emo cowgirl” asthetic, as Moroney admitted that there will be at least one “really mutating” track.
“There are still a few sad songs. I would never leave my Emo Cowgirl, but for the album as a whole, I definitely think that it is much more carefree and only cheeky and funny, and I am excited that everyone can be heard.”
Moroney deserves second No. 1 with “Am I okay?”
Megan Moroney could be in sight of her next record, but she’s not completely done with her Am I okay? Epoch. At the weekend, the singer/songwriter stated the fans on stage at the CMA that the title track of the album has officially become their second No. 1 hit. She celebrated with a glamorous performance in front of a packed audience in the Nissan Stadium.
On Instagram to share the news, she wrote: “I have checked my pulse and am okay? Is number 1 in the Country radio !!!!! Thank you to my radio friends and my wonderful team and @Jessiejodillon & @lukererobert that I wrote it with me and wrote the best fans in the world. <33333"
In addition, she is still in the middle of her headliner. Are I okay? Tour that will continue tomorrow, June 12th in Canandaigua, NY, and will be completed in October.
