The song shows Combs and Lambert, who think about a separation and admit that letting go of their ex was anything but simple.
“Runs that your memory crosses the wind/ I cannot get where I go when I can’t go where you are/ I see you in every sunset, every star in the sky/ I hear that you give my name in the middle of the night. I remember baby, it is by no means that it is not/ outninnin -that is in memory.

Bellion also joined Combs during the show. They teamed up to perform their recently published duet “Why”.
Combs is not the first country artist to take the stage in Bonnaroo – in recent years, stars like Kacey Musgraves, Kip Moore and Zac Brown Band have seen appearances, but he is the first to head the festival. He takes over the bill alongside Tyler, the Creator on Friday, Olivia Rodrigo on Saturday and Hozier on Sunday.
When he was announced as a headliner, Combs went to social media to share his unbelief about the news.
“What is life your? Man, one day you get a guitar and you try to learn how to play. A few years later you play your own shows. A few years later you moved to Nashville and so on, and here we are, men. Headliner that is the upcoming Bonnaroo in the coming year,” Combs started.
He admitted that this was another moment “I did it” before encouraging his fans to get into the show.
“Oh my god, man, I’m so excited. It will be so much fun,” he said at the time. “I hope you give us a chance out there. I hope you come the show. I promise we have a lot of special things for you out there. Look forward to seeing you in the roo this year.”
The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival lasts until Sunday, June 15th.
