“I have guests with myself and new songs to play,” Zimmerman teased his CMA fixed performance.
Bailey Zimmerman is preparing for a big summer with new music and epic live shows and he made it on the way by surprisingly performing in one of the fastest growing restaurant brands and increasing Cane’s.
The Multi-Platin Country star made it possible for service on Tuesday, June 3, at the Nashville flagship location and served hundreds of fans in front of his headliner boxing and surprising appearances New in Country Tour And with excitement, the CMA was awaited.
The story behind “Comin ‘Cald”
Zimmerman came together with press to talk about new music, the latest cooperation, his upcoming album and much more. One of the most expected songs from the project, “Comin ‘in Cold”, falls this Friday, June 6th, on the same day when he starts his summer tour in Indianapolis.
He thought about the story behind the melody: “There is something that I have not done before because it is not about heartache – it’s about this girl that I should not chase away. I hunt red flags and I am addicted to it. She is everything I want and nothing like a beer on a Saturday evening,” explained Zimmerman. “I tried not to be broken and there is always something. ‘Comin’ Cold ‘is about my life in recent years. It is mature, but not at the same time because I still hunt girls in bars.”
Working with Luke Combs and working together
Zimmerman also opened up with the collaboration with rapper BigxThaplug in his chart hit “The Genty” and Luke Combs in their new energetic cooperation, “Backup-Plan”.
“Working with Luke was a dream that was true,” he admitted. “I never really thought that he would answer when I turned through a collaboration, but he beat me a month later and we have been good buddies since then. Luke never shoots content, but he said he loves me and wanted to shoot me, so it was an honor. Our song is on the radio on the radio and it is a dream that is true – I’m so thankful.”
When asked whether there are more star -operated collaborations in the works, he confirmed that some may be on the move, including one that, according to Zimmerman, will never see fans.
“I have more cooperation that will soon be announced, including a crazy cooperation that nobody would think about, we would sound well together, but we do it!” said Zimmerman. “Everyone – enclosed – wants to work with Morgan Wallen and I hope I can do it if the time is right. I would like to work with Kacey Musgraves.”
Serve chicken
After shared some career updates, he served a few delicious meals and then delivered a live acoustics set on the first floor of the restaurant, in which some of the committed fans who had spent hours packed up to hear him singing. He played “religious”, which he dedicated to the founder Todd Graves, and his viral hit “Rock and a hard place”.
In the middle of his two-song set, Zimmerman was also open about the challenges that he was presented last year, including a serious health shelter with his mother.
“This year I didn’t know if I would have my mother more, but she is still with us and it was better than ever,” he said. “Life was crazy, but the support that I felt from fans – it is what makes me every morning. Every time I see my mother crying on my shows, it hits me from the front.”
Show something love to the founder of Cane, Todd Graves
He was wearing a tailor -made “I Love Can’s” shirt, and he even hired graves in the middle of the set to share his appreciation for the enormous support over the years.
“I am Cane’s that I sponsored my tour last year. Canes chicken fingers were waiting for me at every station,” said Zimmerman. “Todd is a legend. He is a good person who puts God in the first place, and you can tell someone that his soul is in the location of every sugar cane. It’s not about money or unusual things – it’s about people.”
Graves quickly sent love back to the natives in Illinois when he said: “Bailey is a talented, energetic artist and friend, and I loved his career over the years. He puts his heart and soul in everything he does, and you can feel it if you do the rest of the year.
Big CMA is planning in the shop
Bailey Zimmerman New in Country Tour Starts on Friday, June 6th in Indianapolis. On Sunday, June 8th, he will return to Nashville for one of his biggest shows. He will enter the stage during the CMA festival at the Nissan Stadium to get a performance that he teased will include some surprises for Must.
“I am really looking forward to the CMA festival. I have guests with myself and new songs to play. There are 60,000 people, guest artists who are crazy about people – it is going crazy,” said Zimmerman. “I go into 110%!”
