It is already frustrating enough to find a job – the endless applications, cover letters and long wait for answers that may never arrive. Now it seems that job seekers are increasingly forced to continue debating inhumane AI bots through interviews with Glitchy.
Tikoks from people who interviewed with artificial intelligence-powered “interviewers” have recently become viral. Before we go on, it is important to recognize that some of these TikToks are fake or referred to as a satire version. But there are others who seem to be very real.
A detailed report by Slate about the weekend, for example, spoke to people who said they were forced to interview with an AI bot. Such an example was Kendiana Colin, who published a viral tikok who shows an AI bot who could not stop saying “vertical bar pilates” during an interview in a stretch studio. It’s really creepy and dark funny.
“It was very disrespectful and a waste of time,” Colin told Slate.

She is hardly alone in her experience. Another viral video seems to show an interview bot that gets stuck in a loop in which “when, when” and “Let’s cirecy back”. It is a bit suitable that the bot gets stuck in a loop of company data. This tikkker told Newsweek This was an actual interview for a real job and not a satire.
If you are in TikTok, see many other AI interviews with unclear truthfulness. But it is interesting that AI interviews have become so one thing Online that they are now parodied or fake to draw eye apples.
For example, this video became viral, although it was published by an account that was clearly referred to as satire.
The thing is that the satire is not far from the real thing. Despite this viral TIKTOK, it is pretty much the same as the Real Pilates interview. And there are companies that sell AI bots as setting solutions. In the slate report, the Pilates “Interviewer” came from a start-up called Aprriora.
So if you apply for a job next time, you only know that you may have to suffer a faulty AI bot to earn this offer.
