In another fear of security for the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, the Mumbai police arrested two people-a 23-year-old man from ChhattiSkarh and a 32-year model from Mumbai after separate attempts to enter the apartments in Galaxy in Bandra at the beginning of this week.
The first incident occurred on Tuesday morning when Jitendra Kumar Singh, a resident of Chhattisgarh, was seen near the Galaxy Apartment. In a separate incident, a 32-year-old woman, who was identified as a model from Khar, was arrested after she too tried to obtain entry into Galaxy Apartments. She stopped security personnel before she could reach the actor’s house. She is currently interviewed by the police.
These incidents come at a time when Salman Khan’s security was significantly reinforced. The actor was kept after a series of threats under Y+ category protection, including a shootout outside of his apartment in April 2024, which was allegedly associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The increased security includes armed guards and monitoring of around the clock, with the police taking potential violations extremely seriously.
The police have registered cases against both people and carries out further investigations to determine whether there are more comprehensive security concerns. While both claim to be passionate fans of the actor, the repeated violations have expressed new concerns about security in the city in the city.
